On behalf of the physicians and staff at Sleep Medicine Associates of Texas, P.A., I would like to thank you for your participation in our Home Sleep Test Services Agreement that allowed for expedited quality care of your patients with sleep disordered breathing.
With the ever-changing requirements from payers for upfront authorizations on sleep testing, we have decided to close the Home Sleep Test Services program in which you have been a participant, effective January 1, 2023. As always, and for more than 30 years, we are eager to help in the care of your patients with any and all sleep disorders, and we greatly appreciate your partnership and referrals over the years.
